Private Jet Membership. The Perfect Option

Partners/shareholders have the option to obtain Private Jet Membership. This membership allows them and their guests to choose from an award-winning jet fleet available to whisk them to and from worldwide yachting locations.

Private jet travel provides unparalleled comfort, convenience, confidentiality and safety that brings a certain peace of mind. Jet travel is indispensable to yachting enjoyment.

Funding

Funding and corporate/partnership formation is under the direction of appropriate attorneys or in liaison with specified yacht brokers through established brokerages.

No Salesman Will Call

We have no sales staff. We do not sell yachts. It can be said we buy yachts.

We facilitate the acquisition and arrange the operational aspects. We arrange fractional financing and, upon request, direct fiscal account management, vessel management and in liasion with the captain oversee crew operations.

Our partnerships are somewhat exclusive. We unite like-minded, responsible co-owners. Introductions are usually by referral. We accept introductions from select brokers who are well known to us and our associates. Of course, we welcome application from all website visitors.

We provide transparent layers of services to simplify and assure the owners and partners carefree enjoyment of their investment. The serious and complicated daily concerns of yacht ownership are handled professionally to assure investment integrity and provide a pleasurable yachting experience.

Yachts have an experienced captain with an appropriate crew complement. The yachts are furnished with choice linens and fine crystal and stocked with provisions per owner's choice. Owners need only to board and enjoy.

Web-based services as well as e-mail correspondence remain free without obligation. Private consultation and requested services are arranged under fee-based contract.

Timeshare Contracts

We do not publish timeshare contracts, None of the yachts or properties presented are on a timeshare basis. Timeshare is a completely and legally different concept from actual fractional ownership of an asset held within a limited liability corporation. Often the media and many web sites discuss in error the two as similar and interchangeable.

Application Confidentiality

We understand that confidentiality, a usual requisite by corporate concerns, is important to those who wish to keep their private life safely and securely out of public scrutiny.

It is with the utmost discretion that the corporation or partnership is formed. Incorporation is routinely veiled and confidentiality is maintained through all levels of the transactions. Personal and financial matters of the owners and their yachting operations are equally respected.

All parties concerned can have confidence in our services, knowing we place confidentiality and personal security foremost.

FriendShips

Our use of the term FriendShip, with the S capitalized, refers to FriendShip Yacht & Ship which contracts the building, outfitting, and delivery, and oversees the commissioning of the newly built yachts. They may also oversee the upgrade or refurbishing and care of the pre-owned and classic yachts.

Registration. Offshore Flag of Convenience

A vessel's country of registration should be carefully considered. Of note, the majority of yachts are registered offshore, that is, registered outside the USA.

The banking communities of the Caymans and Bahamas offer yacht registration services that present interesting benefits. The Marshall Islands, St Vincent as well as many others also have active registration centers.

Offshore registration, or flagging as it is loosely termed, may avoid certain taxes and offer various benefits. The effects of the rules and regulations must be considered in their entirety with the benefits and disadvantages fully understood before registration is placed.
