us to cautiously pause and temporarily remove our real estate recommendations.
We pride ourself on presenting only the best and fairest priced properties. Attempting to determine fair value in such a frantic market has forced us to rethink our appraisals and our traditional math formulas.
We are re-evaluating the estate packages and itemizing the cost of the yachts,
boats and private aircraft in order to show the true real estate valuations. This will allow associates and partners to work more closely with realtors, appraisers, and financial concerns.
